A Patriotic American - ORLY??
One of the new players in the Cult of the COLB is Dr. Orly Taitz, DDS, JD. Both a Dentist and an Attorney, Dr. Taitz, (a immigrant to this country herself from the former USSR), has been a busy bee. She's one of the attorney's in Alan Keyes's lawsuit, as well as the attorney in the lawsuit Lightfoot v. Bowen
She also doesn't seem to be wrapped very tightly at all. Her performance at the National Press Club was interesting to say the least.
The question session she did afterwards was even stranger. As are her new video blogs
She's also gone off on the media, saying they "was worse than Communist Russia" because they haven't covered the Cult of COLB sympathetically. Her complaint seems to boil down to "the media didn't say what I wanted them to". Not to mention telling people to file complaints with the FCC as a "matter of national security"
"I have seen all of the MSM national outlets commit felony fraud by saying that Barack Obama's Hawaii Certification of Live Birth is a legitimate document, when it is not. Not one document expert has looked at this document and confirmed its authenticity. I have a signed affidavit that was filed in the Berg v. Obama Citizenship lawsuit that asserts the document is a complete fraud. In addition, all of the MSMs fail to tell their audience that Hawaii law allowed registration of foreign births.
This is of GRAVE NATIONAL IMPORTANCE, BECAUSE IT IS POSSIBLE THAT OBAMA MAY NOT BECOME PRESIDENT BECAUSE OF BEING UNQUALIFED DUE TO NOT BEING A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.
1. PLEASE FORBID THE MEDIA OF REFERRING TO THE COLB POSTED ON THE INTERNET AS BEING AUTHENTIC.
2. MAKE ALL MEDIA DO A STORY EVERY DAY ON EVERY NEWS PROGRAM ON THE FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT AND THE SIGNIFIGANCE OF THE FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR A WEEK."
She's also told her followers to harass and spam the offices of the FBI, US Attorneys, elected officials, etc., saying:
"The name of the game in lobbying is irritation and impact. The more staff time it takes to deal with our contact efforts, the more aware our elected officials will be that we are concerned. And the more concern that is expressed, the more nervous these elected officials will be that they will lose their positions, replete with power and perks, if they do not respond to us appropriately. "
She's also came up with these ideas for her followers:
"1. Writing to President Bush and Vice President Chaney and demanding an executive order, deeming Obama ineligible for presidency, due to the fact that his father was a foreigner.
2. Issuing an executive order, demanding that Obama sign a consent to produce documents, verifying his citizenship, such as his original birth certificate, passports, immigration and naturalization records, school and college enrollment records and so on."
She's been chomping at the bit trying to find someone military, either active duty or reserves, for a third lawsuit.
"Military personal that is in active duty or retired that can be called to active duty will be seeking declaratory relief to pronounce Obama not eligible for the position of President and Commander in Chief and therefor active members of the military or retired members that can be recalled to active duty are under no obligation to take orders from Barack Hussein Obama, as Commander in Chief."
And claims that Obama's mother isn't really dead
"Adding another twist - investigations shows no record of a funeral for Stanley Ann Dunham -- no funeral home, no death certificate, no coroner's or medical exam report, no burial place. We're told there was a memorial service. Where? When? No record exists of that either. Obama's sister reportedly said that Stanley Ann Dunham was cremated and her ashes were spread over the Pacific. Where was the cremation done? When?
The research involving Dr. Taitz work shows that a search of Stanley Ann Dunham's social security number, allowable once a person is deceased according to Taitz, revealed that her SS # is still active, leading investigators to three addresses in Hawaii and one in New York. Who is using Stanley Ann Dunham's social security number? Could it be a case of identity theft?".
Well, Lightfoot v. Bowen was rejected by Justice Kennedy. And Dr. Taitz was NOT happy about Justice Kennedy dismissing it either. Her solution? Well, first off, she plans to resubmit the case to Chief Justice Roberts, to "call out" the ones she thinks are hiding in conference.
"I am writing an open letter to Chief Justice Roberts, I am resubmitting the petition to him. I could use an easy route and resubmit to Thomas and Scalia, but we already know that they are voting for the constitution. My concern is that twice during conferences the full court voted against the petitions, de facto against the constitution. At least 4 Justices had to vote yes for the petition to go to the oral argument. Since it didn't go there, it means that not only liberal Justices: Souter, Stevens, Bryer and Ginsburg and swing vote Kennedy voted against, but one of the conservative Justices: Roberts or Alito voted against as well, and I decided to zero in and see, which one is it. I need to resubmit not to Thomas or Scalia, but to either Roberts or Alito and by process of elimination, I will know which one is it. He will not be able to hide behind the conference anymore. I decided to write to Roberts. It will be an open letter, that will be posted on the Internet, it will be read at the numerous radio stations around the country, including the radio stations around all the military bases, it will be in the video form on U-tube, the whole country will be watching him. Roberts will not be able to hide, he will have to show to the whole nation, whether he is for the constitution of this country or whether he is ready to tear it apart in favor of some new world order conceived by a few bankers and the trilateral commission."
She slipped some conspiracy theory into there as well. Surprised she didn't try to link the Illumiati or the Freemasons into it as well.
Dr. Orly also seems somewhat confused about the entire "separation of church and state" thing:
"Additionally, Roberts has a duty to swear in the new president. This duty can be seen as a ministerial duty.
Lastly, the candidate needs to put his hand on a bible, that says that bear false witness is an abomination and I wonder, how Roberts, a Catholic, feels about it, based on all the massive fraud committed by Obama."
Swearing in the president is not a ministerial duty, and there's nothing in US law or the US constitution that says the president to be MUST place their their hand on a bible. It may be tradition, but it's not law. Besides which, there is no credible evidence of any fraud taking place, except in the minds of the cultists.
But at the end, Dr. Taitz actually crosses into calling for insurrection and the overthrow of the US government.
"If at the end of the day our Judiciary, our law enforcement and our government fails us, we will have the right to remove the usurper using all means necessary. Our army is sworn to uphold the constitution, they have the right to remove the usurper from the White house to uphold the constitution, and we still have our second amendment right and we might need to use it to defend our rights and freedoms, guaranteed to us by our constitution."
Yeah, she went there. And her cavity creep supporters seem to be eating it up.
"If the citizens have the right to bear arms, then surely they do when it comes to upholding the constitution. If the courts, senate and military fail us, what recourse do the people have but to descend en mass bearing arms, peaceably, upon their state capitals and Washington DC to remove the traitors from power."
So there you have it. At least one of the Cult of the COLB - and an attorney for TWO of the lawsuits involved - has actually gone on record as saying that if the courts don't do what she wants them to do, the people of the US and the military should rise up and overthrow the government and courts.
Of course, that would be the same people of the US that VOTED Obama as President in the first place, and the same military that donated more to Obama than McCain, so I don't think she realizes just how few people are on her side. I also suspect a California Bar complaint in her future......not to mention possible visits by unsmiling people from the Secret Service and FBI.....which she will ALSO do doubt claim are just like Communist Russia.
For someone who should be enjoying living in a free country, she seems willing to do what she can to break it if the courts, the government, the media, etc., don't roll over and do exactly what she wants them to do.
And I find it hard to believe that someone who claims to be such a patriotic American would go on to call for armed rebellion and insurrection "using all means necessary"

To think that there are people that let that woman near their faces...
With a drill...
Ah America, you truly are the home of the brave.
On a side note, perhaps president-elect Obama should look into a ban on detal drills. One can never be too carefull. And death by dentist equipment seems like it would be a particularly nasty way to go.

Fuzzy -- It's only slightly more inspired than the PUMA plan to VOTE the Right Wing into office. ;->

For a bit of insight into the warped world of Orly Taitz, check out the exemplary "detective" work of at Mitchell Langbert's blog, http://mitchell-langbert.blogspot.com/2008/11/contrairimairi-raises-baffling.html. Taitz posted that her "research" assistant, Lisa Otello, should be credited with this amazing work.
They've managed to libel about half of the population of Honolulu and NYC following what they believe is a trail of aliases used by the Prez-elect's poor deceased mother, Stanley Ann Dunham. According to Orly Taitz, Ann Dunham did not die -- she was "reborn" with a new identity and SSN as "Kelly Ann Dunham."
For my profession, and on behalf of the rest of the atorneys in the US, I apologize for admission to the bar of this nutcase. No one of her low intellect should be loosed upon the public.

Umm I didn't know that it was so easy for someone to become an attorney.
Anyways...... I've been reading around that Obama picked Rich Warren to give the invocation at his(Obama) inauguration.

Man I hope this is not true.

Apologies also for not spellchecking ...
Posted by: GeorgetownJD | December 17, 2008 at 07:38 PM
All right, this has nothing to do with what the post is about, but I had to bring this up. Texas Darlin has found out that the Google map service has somehow mistakenly listed Obama's Chicago home telephone number as that of the San Francisco headquarters of the Party for Socialism and Liberation, which seems to be some kind of Che guevarist organization.
So obviously, it's a mistake, right? Well, you might think so, and I might think so, but Texas D. sure doesn't. She's already had about three posts about it, and her commenter, as always, don't let us down. I especially liked this one from "First Amendment":
"on December 17, 2008 at 5:13 pm FirstAmendment
Brilliant work. The Woodward and Bernsteins of our time!
Joe Mc Carthy was right.
Now, go forth and spread this far and wide."
Posted by: Bibblesnæð | December 17, 2008 at 08:10 PM
Bibblesnæð - Yeah, I was reading that on Rumproast. Deranged much TD??
Oh, and Dr. Orly has a link to a story at "No Quarter" that seems to be "Whitey Tape v 3.0"

Lord, PUMAs can't even mock people effectively.
"UN Ambassador designate Condi Rice"?
Uh, I don't think so. That would be SUSAN Rice you're thinking of. Now I guess it's only fair to acknowledge that she is a black woman, and we know that to you PUMA bigots, they all must look alike, so maybe we should just let that slide...
Oh, and that other guy is "Tom Daschle", not "Thom Dashel".
Posted by: Bibblesnæð | December 17, 2008 at 08:30 PM
Texas Darlin has a new post where she's "just asking questions" about why google searches (which of course are infallible and unmanipulable) of Obama's residence link to a number for socialists in San Francisco. Or something. I don't totally understand. But I have to give her credit for at least coming up with fresh content. It's always entertaining.
Posted by: festus | December 17, 2008 at 09:14 PM
I wonder if this nutcase is a US citizen.
And if she is, I think we should harass her to post the proof.
And if she posts something, I think we should use TechDude and "Dr. Polarik, PHD"'s incredible forensic teachings to find out whose proof of citizenship it really is.
And I could go on and on...
Another thing...I believe it is time to wage war and out these trolls. TexasDarlin and Dr. Polarik, PHD, have had it coming for a very long time. Surely there must be some folks out there who have information leading to the identification of these two rotten people?
My email is sluggojd@yahoo.com. If anyone out there would like to help put an end to their disinformation campaigns, let me know.

Of equal concern is that I was in Safeway today, and the cover of the latest issue of Globe is "Obama Ineligible to be President!" Looks like they were covering the birth certificate thing.
Man, we are so screwed now.
Posted by: Pumalicious! | December 17, 2008 at 09:50 PM
Pumalicious - Yeah, last week the Globe covered Larry Sinclair's fantasies as well. Next week I suspect they'll say he's love child of Bigfoot and Elvis, and was born on a UFO hovering over Greenland.

To John Dean:
You might try having a chat with Alegre over at Alegre's Corner.
She got pretty nutso back when the primaries were going hot and heavy; but she kind of mellowed out once Obama won the nomination. I find it hard to believe I'm saying this after some of the stuff that she wrote back in March and may and July, and even more so, considering that she and Texas kind of tag-teamed when beating up Obama back in the spring, but I'd suspect that she might know who Texas is, and even more, I wonder if she might not feel betrayed by what Texas has said since the nomination. I think Alegre was wildly wrong a lot of the time in the spring, but I think she was and is sincere in her support and admiration of Hillary Clinton. And Texas has more or less outed herself as some kind of bigoted, right-wing asshole who doesn't give a shit about anything Clinton stands for. She might not have a lot of fond feelings for her erstwhile ally.
I wish you luck. These people need to be shown up for what they are. At least Berg and Taitz and a few other scumballs have the guts to let us know who they are. Texas is a coward who hides behind her anonymity while stopping just short of calling for Obama's assassination.
Posted by: Bibblesnæð | December 17, 2008 at 09:58 PM
No, no, not over Greenland. That just isn't far enough from the U.S., and it isn't quite *dark* enough, if you catch my drift. Maybe Comoros or São Tome e Principe...
Posted by: Bibblesnæð | December 17, 2008 at 10:01 PM
John Dean - Polarik may be digging his own grave, more on that I can't say yet :-)
Dr. Orly Taitz claims to be a Naturalized US citizen. However without seeing her Oath of Citizenship and Naturalization Certificate, not to mention her Dental School records and Law School records, we can't REALLY be sure now, can we. I'm sure she would be able to show it all of that on demand of anyone on the Internet - otherwise what does she hide, and who is the REAL Orly Taitz? What is she trying to hide from the American People??
Posted by: Patrick McKinnion | December 17, 2008 at 10:01 PM
Ah, the Globe. Purveyeor of factoids to the bored and gullible:
etc. etc. Mysteriously, all Globe magazine's online content is currently unavailable ... Where's my tinfoil hat?
And Bibblesnæð: "Lord, PUMAs can't even mock people effectively.
"UN Ambassador designate Condi Rice"?
Uh, I don't think so. That would be SUSAN Rice you're thinking of." *ZING!* LMAO

Don't the Texas Darlin people know that anyone can edit the content on Google maps.
http://maps.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=68474&hl=en#modify
Methinks that someone went and edit Obama's content and replaced it with that number.
Also the number was asked to be removed on November 9 by some person.

cjlatina - I've long been torn between two conclusions: (1) Texasdarlin is terminally stupid. (2) She doesn't give a fig about facts as long as what she posts draws people to comment on her blog.
A few people have offered inconvenient fact-based explanations similar to your findings on this latest red herring post of hers, but that doesn't stop her acolytes burbling on and on about it as if they'd uncovered a massive conspiracy.
On another blog, poster "tarmac" very effectively tears TD commenter itooktheredpill a new one for propagating the phone number myth:

What's up with Obama picking Rick Warren? Not good...
Posted by: David | December 18, 2008 at 08:13 AM
Fuzzybear, could you please stop by Rumproast soon? We're in dire need of your slightly-above-caveman commenting prowess.
The Condi Rice fuck-up and the horrible mangling of the spelling of Tom Daschle's name have me aching for your arrival.
Posted by: Kevin K. | December 18, 2008 at 08:29 AM
David -- Billy Graham's a vegetable, Rev. Wright has a bar mitvah that day, and picking Pastor Warren is actually kind of a sly backhand at everyone who thought Obama effed-up big-time during the Saddleback Faith Quiz.
Or, it could be strategic overcompensation for the Muslim rumors and the "God damn America" tapes.
Or, Obama may recall the exploding cigar Bill Clinton lit when he charged right out of his Inauguration into the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" fiasco.
Or, it could be cowardice, or worse.
I'm sure we all would rather have seen Father Roy Bourgeois lead the invocation, but the reality of the Obama administration is that he's still trying to prove to half the country that he's not a radical nutcase, and a high-concept stick-in-the-eye at the moment he takes office would not only undermine his own support but also spark a fresh backlash against the LGBT communities who are most outraged by the choice of Warren.
Yes, I'm an apologist...at least until he sits down in the chair.

Kevin K. -- Go easy on Fuzzy. The Flatulence has been a real drag the last few days, and PUMA radio is off the air until January. He's desperate to find another blog or chat-room where he can stand out as the token "other."

John Dean-
Christina had given up the name of Texas Darlin in a post several months ago. Not worth worrying about.

Is "Orly Taitz" Pris from Bladerunner?

We report, you decide.
Posted by: sean | December 18, 2008 at 09:53 AM
Kevin - Be careful what you wish for. Fuzzy was so proud of that post that he felt driven to share it with his fellow Effluencers:
It fell as flat over there as it did here ("where is everyone?"), though seemingly no one noticed the Rice thing. Possibly because they didn't bother reading it.
In other breaking news over there, since I was visiting anyway, apparently there are only 12 PUMAs who still obsess about the COLB, everyone here is a "DORK", and myiq1/2xu says "Believe it or not, I have another post ready." Which I'm sure has sent anticipatory thrills up and down every Effluencer's legs.
I will now go and wash my hands.
Posted by: Abroadsider | December 18, 2008 at 10:04 AM
Bibblesnæð,
I was also a loyal Hillary supporter, and down on Obama many months ago. I was even a member of Alegre's yahoo group, until Alegre suddenly kicked me out after I discovered TexasDarlin's IP, and matched it up with M&N's data on Sinclair. I wrote Alegre, but no reply.
sunkawakan,
It is a very big deal, and I do not recall Christina outing her. Perhaps you can find that?

Abroadsider -- Wow, no traction at all for Fuzzy's self-congratulatory post at RD, not even a "Hey, get your nose out of my ass" from myiq2xu. I guess he's just no longer "avant" enough for that crowd.
BTW: Big sale over there on "18 Million Strong" bracelets. But hurry, they only have 17,999,948 left.
